Bring your yoga mat and join us for a morning vinyasa - style yoga practice that will leave you feeling stretched, invigorated and ready to flow into your Sunday! Erin will lead a 60 minute, beginner friendly, slow flow yoga sequence accompanied by an upbeat Sunday - funday - vibe playlist. Following the class, stay for a complimentary glass of bubbly or rose-orange wine curated by The Cave DSM, and socialize with your fellow yogis before the Cave opens to the public for the day. The Cave DSM is an independently owned boutique wine bar and shop focused on natural wines, and is a super fun spot for sip & learn events and catching live music. Erin Ralston is a local yoga teacher specializing in yoga for cyclists, equestrians and aging humans. Can't wait to see you there!
